Dangerous things hidden in cute fat children.
Chubby kids might seem to be cute but actually being overweight is causing disease and negative effects to their health. The main cause of obesity, partially caused by habits of overeating, lack of body movement and supporting environment and also in nowaday that the kids take their time in online studying via computer screen, making the kids not have enough moving, not doing outside activity because of the kids being restricted and when they are stressed, some of them will picky eat to destress, that is a wrong way. As we can see, Obesity can be caused by many causes, depending on the individual and surrounding environments.

Most parents don’t know if their kids have a tendency to obese but they will know it when they see the body shape of kids. Why is obesity dangerous?
Obesity can causing complications in both of long-term and short-term period such as :
1.High fat in blood , such as cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL are bad fats that might cause coronary artery disease when aging.
2.Inflammation from fatty liver and might can develop to cirrhosis
3.High blood pressure
4.Snoring, or stopping breathing while sleeping because accumulated fat under the neck, obstructs the respiratory tract. Insufficient sleep causing headache or feeling sleepy during the day and affecting studying.
5.Diabetes due to high insulin level causing insulin resistance , the obese kids with this condition will have thick dark brown rash on the skin with no itchy feeling on the neck, armpit, crook and both sides of Groin.
6.It affects leg and knee joint bone because it has to bear the gaining weight, causing knee pain, bending legs(Bow-legged) , displaced thigh bone, knock knees and the bones can easily break when falling.

9.Easily tired when doing exercise
- Affecting mental health because of being bullied by classmates, low self-confidence so they do not want to socialize and might be followed by depression .

How obese kids can be treated?
The treatment will not using diet pill but focus on losing weight by habit changing such as :
1. Diet control - Avoid fatty meat, fried food. Eat mainly boiled, steamed, baked in place of fried food, drinking plain or low fat milk, avoid eating dessert and snack. Recommended to eat the vegetable and fruit with no sweetness such as rose apple, guava, etc.
2. Doing more activities that use high energy such as doing housework, walking up stairs instead of using lifts or escalators and should do exercise daily at least 30-60 minutes.
3. Reduce watching TV, playing game or mobile phone
4. Changing habits of family members such as doing more exercise together, changing the kind of food that is being eaten in the family, parents should not show bad eating habits to the kids, try to reduce eating outdoor or fast food.
Process of losing weight in the kids takes a long time so it requires a high level of determination and effort of kids and parents.
