2.Reduce Intake of Sweet, Salty, and Fatty Foods

Excessive intake of sugary, salty, and fatty foods can lead to the accumulation of harmful substances in the body, raising the risk of various health issues .

3.Limit Alcohol Consumption

Regular and excessive alcohol consumption can contribute to chronic alcohol-related diseases and negatively impact liver function.

4.Control Portion Sizes

1.Add more physical activities

Change your daily life habits with more physical activities

2.Get more enough sleep

Take as much sleep around 7-8 hours because when sleeping, the body will regenerate.

3.Stay hydrated

4.Eat more vegetables, low sugar fruits based on the health code 2:1:1

 

In each meal, you should eat vegetables and low sugar fruit in the ratio of 2 parts,1 part of rice and 1 part of meat.
