Unbalanced hormones can cause effects to the body. Should be treated immediately.

 

In young adults, it has abundant hormones to make the skin smooth, bright personality, and strong muscles. But when grows to elderly, the hormones decrease and cause the effects to the body. 

 

Function of hormones

-Growth hormones generated from Pituitary Gland, promote the growth of children and regenerate the worn parts of the body in adults.

-Thyroid hormones generated from the thyroid gland have a role in the metabolism system. When aging up, the functioning of the hormones decreases so it makes the body chubby. 

-In ovary of women

It generates the estrogen and progesterone , that make menstruation, pregnancy, moist skin, emotion controlling, have a good memory, good sleeping and help in the immunity system.

-In testicle of men

It generates testosterone, that makes strong muscles, good memory, stable emotion, and sexual need.   

 

Sign and symptoms that indicated to the unbalanced hormones level.

- Symptom in men

Fatigue, poor memory, low attention, no sexual drive, joint pain, depression, stress and easily irritated.

- Symptom in women

Has no menstruation at least 1-2 months consecutively, hot flash, anxiety, depression, stress, poor memory, sagging breasts, vaginal dryness , unbalanced hair and may have Osteoporosis

 

Way to fix the unbalanced hormones.

Giving hormone replacement will help the functions of the body as closely as when in young adults such as good memory, thick bone mass. However, it should be done under the specialist doctor and not everyone can take hormone replacement.

Generating the hormones in the body depends on stress, if there’s abnormality in any kind of hormone, it will affect other hormones. So, you need to take care of yourself to generate a sufficient amount of hormones.

1.Eating high protein food, low-sugar vegetables and fruit. Reduce eating fatty and processed food.

5.Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol

6.Building good relationship in the community
