Hand foot mouth disease is a common disease in the raining season that can be spread to both children and adults. It caused 2 viruses, Coxsackie Virus and Enterovirus 71. 

Symptoms

• Has a fever, some patients may have high fever.
• Has a rash, Bullae or red papules on the torso, hands, feet. 
• Has a mouth ulcer, some patients may have a Rash at other parts of the body.
• It mostly can be treated by itself within 2-3 days and the rash will be treated itself within 7-10 days. 

But if you have a high fever that hasn't been treated in 48 hours, feel very tired, sometimes it may have muscle spasms. It might cause an infection that is more severe and dangerous than the above symptoms. It oftenly found from infection of Enterovirus 71 and needs quick evaluation.

          Hand, feet, mouth disease can be spread through the digestive and respiratory tract by direct contact. Indirect contact such as nasal discharge, saliva, feces, toy, diapers, towel, door knob, drink and food. 

Disease Treatment

          This disease has no specific medicine for treatment but it would be treated by the symptoms because the body can eliminate the virus by itself, which often takes about 5-10 days. Examples of symptoms and its treatment such as taking antipyretics when having a fever, in the children, if there’s Mouth Ulcer , apply the ulcer treatment and in the case when the patient can eat only a little food, may be considered to give an Infusion Therapy Meanwhile, Hand foot mouth disease might have a chance to cause the complications, it can be seen from the high fever, fever has been treated within 48 hours, drowsy, look tired, have vacant eyes, have muscle spasms that needs quick evaluation.

Disease prevention

• Viruses can be eliminated in dry and hot space. Boiling or steaming the tool, objects or equipment can eliminate the bugs.
