5 factors causing osteoarthritis.
Knee Osteoarthritis caused by deterioration of the knee cartilage in the shape, structure, function of joint bone and the bone around the joint has been deteriorated. When there’s no cartilage to cover, the exposed bone will collide while taking a weight, causing a pain at the knee, swollen knee and struck joint. That will be getting more severe by the time. The knee will deform and cannot do the same habits of daily life.
Sign of Knee Osteoarthritis like feels the pain at the knee while walking or hears the cracking sound from the knee . There are many factors that cause Knee Osteoarthritis but there are 5 factors that affect it the most.
First factor: Age
Age is the most affected to Knee Osteoarthritis. But it is a factor that cannot be avoided because our knee, being used more and more as we age, differs from the efficiency of the bone that gets lower by time. So, taking care of your knee for using it as long as possible is important.
2nd factor: Individual Weight
Weight is a factor that has been certified from the study that affected knee osteoarthritis because the knee is a part that takes a weight while the body is being moved like walking, standing, running. If our weight is in the standard criteria or not, being overweight can also relieve a burden on the knee.

As said above, the knee is a part that has to take on weight as the body is being moved. So, if we are moving our body in an unusual way or moving the body too much, it will affect the knee in a rather bad way than being positive. As same as walking, walking on the flat surface is a good way of exercising but try to avoid walking on a sloping surface or walking on stairs as little as possible.
4th factor: Poor sitting pose
While sitting seems to be a good way for resting the leg and knee but sitting can also be a factor that affects knee osteoarthritis sometimes. Like sitting by folding your legs to the side, sitting cross-legged, squatting or kneeling. So, the correct way of sitting that helps cure the fatigue of your knee is to sit on the chair.
5th factor: Lifting a heavy object.
Knee is like a weight carrying part of the body. Besides moving, carrying a heavy object is a posture that the knee has to bear the weight so, carrying a heavy thing is to give more burden to the knee. If we lift them up too much, the knee will deteriorate quicker than usual. Hence, we should avoid that and use the labor-saving tool to carry instead of carrying with our body.
