The symptoms and treatment of Pyelonephritis
Pyelonephritis is caused by bacterial infection, mostly from E.Coli . The bacteria might spread to the kidney through the blood circulation. It might also be caused by other causes like obstacles in the urinary tract.
Symptoms of Pyelonephritis
1.Cannot hold the urine
2.Feel burned when urinating
3.Has a pus or blood in the urine
4.Always need to take an urine
5.Unusual odor
6.Frequent urinating
7.Has a fever
Who are at risk of getting pyelonephritis?
1.Women, who has shorter urinary tract, causing the bacteria to enter to the bladder easily
2.Pregnant women
3.People who has kidney stone
4.People who use urinary catheter
5.Diabete and HIV patients
Prevention
1.Stay hydrated
2.Don’t hold a urine
3.Take a urine immediately after having a sex to reduce the risk of bacterial infection
4.Clean the genital after taking urine or feces
Treatment
Consulting with the doctor immediately when the symptoms shows up
