How to manage stress within families and the elderly during COVID-19
Covid-19 pandemic doesn’t only affect physical health but also mental health because spreading of Covid-19 caused the changing of habits in working from travel to the workplace to work from home. When things change, causing confusion, stress that affects the state of mental health, especially elderly that have difficulties in adapting would have more effects on their mental health.
Symptoms of stress
Each individual has different ways of expressing stress, so we have to regularly observe the symptoms and monitor the state of emotion, both yours and family members if there are indications of stress.

3.Do activities with your family’s member like baking a bakery, planting a plant or exercise.
4.Have conversation, spend your time together, express your caring and develop a good atmosphere in the house.
